"Inspiring, informative, beneficial, great structure and variety. Excellent programme. Thank you. EACH has enable me to enjoy my recovery. I felt that the programme was very well balanced. I have been in a treatment centre and had received too much information and not enough time to process it. This course did not make that mistake. I liked the fact that at the beginning of each session we were given the opportunity to process our feelings no matter what the session agenda was!"
