Counselling is also known as talking therapy.  It helps to increase insight into particular challenges you are facing such as depression, anxiety, stress, drug and alcohol issues, self-esteem, bereavement and relationship problems.  It empowers you to make your own choices and enables you to deal with your issues with confidence.

EACH has a team of experienced and qualified therapists from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, who can provide you with culturally sensitive support. The team are supported by experienced volunteer counsellors.
