EACH provides housing support services for residents of the London borough of, through the Floating Support team. They can assist you if you have a history of; substance misuse, physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, domestic abuse and unstable housing.
The Floating Support team can help you;
They will advocate on your behalf and help you maintain a stable housing situation in the borough. Support will be provided for up to 2 years.

Referrals for the Mental Health Floating Support Service are made via London Borough of Ealing Housing and Support Brokerage Officer, WLMHT Recovery Teams, Early Intervention Service and Hospital Wards.
EACH are currently providing a specialist mental health floating support service in Ealing. This service can assist you if have recently been discharged from hospital for issues directly related to your mental health.
Support will be provided for between 3 to 9 months, depending on need.
