Salary: Salary scale range 30-33, £28,044 - £30,491 for full time equivalent (incl. Outer London weighting) (£16,826.40 - £18,294.60 for 22.5 hours/week)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days) exclusive of 30 minutes meal breaks
Location: EACH Brent office, including outreach work across the borough
We are currently seeking a passionate Project Leader to oversee our one of our flagship mental health services; ‘Connect and Change’. The project is aimed at helping people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities (BME) to sustain better mental health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have relevant counselling experience and qualifications. They should be able to provide direction, supervision (managerial and clinical) to members of the team, engage with stakeholders and partners to promote the project and ensure its learning is shared and be able to manage a caseload of clients for 1:1 sessions and group work.

EACH Counselling & Support (EACH) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee which is governed by a Board currently comprised of 7 Trustees.
The Board has overall responsibility for the work of the organisation, and has the following role: to oversee the charity’s governance to establish strategy to performance manage the achievement of the strategy to contribute to the leadership of the charity.
The Board can have a membership of up to 12 trustees; we are seeking new trustees due to vacancies on the Board. The term of office for trustees is 3 years, which means that each year, typically, four Trustee positions fall vacant. These can be filled through election at our AGM and by appointment by the Board over the year.
