To contribute to the implementation of the team’s aims and objectives, work plans, operational policies and procedures in such a way that they contribute to the mission of EACH and deliver on business plan objectives.

• Support the co-ordination of all activities within the Floating Support team effectively and maintain EACH’s standards in relation to service users/internal customers and other stakeholders alike.

• To carry a caseload of clients and lead on on-going support and direction for a number of the team’s clients through the casework management approach.

• Carry out liaison roles internally and externally to EACH.

• Providing timely and accurate information, reports and analysis to Operations Manager or Service Manager, as they may find necessary for the proper management of the Floating Support Services.

Team Leader- Harrow Floating Support Services | Harrow

To provide line management, supervision and leadership, support and direction to the Harrow Floating Support team, for the management of individual and team performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Outcomes.

 To manage client referral, assessment and allocation process for the team.

 To work with the Residential Service landlord to ensure a high standard of housing provision within a safe and secure living/working environment.

 To work within the organisations standards to ensure that casework in the team is appropriately supervised and accountable, including giving appropriate feedback to the Recovery Support Services/ Operations Manager on the need for appropriate action to address problematic standards of performance or conduct.

 To manage a flexible workload as designated by the line manager and provide casework support to nominated staff.

 Supporting the team including key-work, leading on any crisis intervention work, safeguarding (including recording, responding and reporting), case recording, face to face work, group work, advice giving, advocacy and other interpersonal work.

 Ensuring that the required paperwork and monitoring is completed, including the updating of case files to the standards set out by EACH and the service commissioner and agreed standards.

Resources and Admin Support Officer | Ealing
salary: £14,851.20 per annum | Duration: Permanent | Hours: 28 hours per week (4 days)

We are looking for someone to support the Senior Management Team in relation to resources and administrative functions. You will be required to undertake administrative support for the Project Co-ordinators, Senior Management Team and volunteers.  The post holder will provide support for ordering, provision and allocation of resources to staff and volunteers across the organisation.

You will:

  • Support the Head office team in relation to HR and administrative functions, for example assisting with staff recruitment process including job adverts, arranging interviews, making reference requests and induction for new staff members – documents check, DBS applications, ID Cards.
  • Provide HR support during TUPE process and new service mobilisation.
  • Assist in preparation for quality standards framework (e.g. ISO 9001 and Investors in People) accreditations.
  • Support development and maintenance of policies and procedures, e.g. staff handbook and standard operating procedures handbook.
  • Provide support in updating and maintaining personnel records such as annual leave, sickness and training matrix.
  • Assist in ordering all office supplies and other equipment for the organisation and dealing with supplier contracts and maintenance of register of equipment and stationeries.

You will have:

  • Experience of handling telephone enquiries.
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of professionals and service users.
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and database administration.

We are looking for a Communications and Information Officer to play a pivotal role in the effectiveness and impact of the organisation. You will be leading on developing and delivering user-centred communications and information to help build our presence and support.

This is a permanent post of 35 hours (5 days per week), subject to continuous funding and performance. You will be based in our Head Office which is part of our Ealing Centre.

You will:

  • Be responsible for digital and written communications
  • Manage, maintain and utilise our Management Information System to draw out information

Our success is through our team of 50+ staff and volunteers, who are passionate and committed to empowering and enabling people to have better health and life choices. We are looking for an experienced female counsellor or therapist to lead our Violence Against Women and Girls’ (VAWG) services.

Section 9 (2)(b) of the Employment (Sex Discrimination) Act 2000 applies to this post.

You will:

  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision, including case management and performance management as required
  • Hold a small case-load of clients, providing a range of therapeutic interventions
  • Develop and manage external partnerships, including through promotion of EACH’s VAWG services
  • Undertake service developments related to women and girls experiencing domestic violence and abuse

You will have:

  • Experience of counselling women affected by domestic abuse in a culturally sensitive framework
  • Counselling qualification (minimum diploma level) and either accredited by BACP, UKCP or BPS or able to do so within probationary period
  • Qualified to provide clinical supervision to other counsellors – if not, salary is lower with clinical supervision to volunteers only
  • Managerial skills or project management experience

EACH Counselling & Support (EACH) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee which is governed by a Board currently comprised of 7 Trustees.

The Board has overall responsibility for the work of the organisation, and has the following role: to oversee the charity’s governance to establish strategy to performance manage the achievement of the strategy to contribute to the leadership of the charity.

The Board can have a membership of up to 12 trustees; we are seeking new trustees due to vacancies on the Board. The term of office for trustees is 3 years, which means that each year, typically, four Trustee positions fall vacant. These can be filled through election at our AGM and by appointment by the Board over the year.
