Floating Support Case Workers | Ealing/Brent/Harrow
salary: £19,890-£22,000 per annum | Duration: Permanent | Hours: 22.5-37.5 hours per week

EACH are recruiting 3 Floating Support Case Workers for for the following locations;

  • EACH Ealing - 37.5 hours per week (5 days)
  • EACH Brent - 30 hours per week (4 days)
  • EACH Harrow - 22.5 hours per week (3 days)

Main Purpose

To provide an effective outreach floating support service to vulnerable adults and families plus manage a case load of people who are at risk and living in a variety of different tenures to maintain their home and live independently. Performing this task in accordance with the respective Service Agreement administered by the local authorities, and providing on-going advice and support within the framework of EACH’s policies and best practice.

In Harrow, the post primarily supports service users with a history of substance use and offending. It also requires supporting residents in a shared, supported housing setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry a client case load of 25 – 30 (pro-rata for part-time workers) service users and provide face to face support in their homes and in the community
  • Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
  • Provide appropriate support to address the needs of vulnerable families, adults and young people presenting with mental health, substance misuse, offending behaviour 
  • Provide key work, risk assessment and support planning for service users to help successful recovery focused and achievement of their personal goals
  • Support service users to maximise income by reducing debt, obtaining paid work and entitlement to benefits
  • Liaise with private landlords, act as a point of contact and secure permanent move on options
  • Support service users to comply with compulsory orders

Trustee - Member of Management Committee | Ealing/Brent/Harrow
salary: voluntary position | Duration: Permanent | Hours: 22.5-37.5 hours per week

EACH Counselling & Support (EACH) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee which is governed by a Board currently comprised of 7 Trustees.

The Board has overall responsibility for the work of the organisation, and has the following role: to oversee the charity’s governance to establish strategy to performance manage the achievement of the strategy to contribute to the leadership of the charity.

The Board can have a membership of up to 12 trustees; we are seeking new trustees due to vacancies on the Board. The term of office for trustees is 3 years, which means that each year, typically, four Trustee positions fall vacant. These can be filled through election at our AGM and by appointment by the Board over the year.

Administration Volunteer | Head Office - Ealing
salary: unpaid voluntary role | Duration: 12 weeks + | Hours: Flexible - min 8 hours per week

If you are interested in joining our team in Ealing to provide voluntary administration support and are available to volunteer on Wednesdays, we would love to hear from you.  

We will provide you with training to develop you in your role; you will learn valuable skills and be supporting a dynamic, friendly team.
